Made To Order: Matte Black Titanium Deep Carry Pocket Clip For Olight Arkfeld UV, Arkfeld Pro Flashlight. Will be made using Domestic Grade 5 Titanium Alloy at 0.050” thick. Matte black powder coating finish. Comes countersunk with T6 stainless flat head torx screws. Please view listing photos. This is a replacement Titanium clip meant to fit inside factory footprint base. It Important Note Regarding Installation: Because the base is curved, do not tighten one side screw all the way down. To properly install clip, both screw must be inserted and catch threads at m same time. Using T6 Torx screwdriver to tighten down by rotating one turn at a time, go back and forth between screw. Important Note Regarding Removing Factory Clip: Removing the factory clip’s screw may be difficult due to loctite causing screw to seize. Applying heat by using a soldering iron tip touching the screw drive for 10-20 seconds would help soften the loctite making it easier to remove. After removing factory screws the threaded hole likely to contain some loctite residue. When installing our new clip screws, there will be some resistance. During installation only use fingers turn. Do not use wrist strength and force screws to turn. Whenever you feel resistance STOP back out screw, troubleshoot then retry. It can be cross thread or dried loctite build up inside threaded hole. Before installing new Clip, it is suggested to clean the thread hole by chasing the original in and out multiple times. (We are selling replacement Pocket Clip with mounting screws only. We have no control over installation process and cannot be responsible for damages caused during installation) Flashlight Not Included From placing order to finish production about 8-10 weeks.
